Eligibility for Exchange

We do not accept returns for refunds. However, you may exchange your shoes under the following conditions:

• If you need a different size of the same shoe.

• If you received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).

Timeframe for Exchanges

• Lagos Customers: Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Other States: Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions

• The shoe must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• We only allow exchanges for a different size of the same shoe.

• Exchanges for a different brand or type are only allowed if the mistake was on our end.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the exchange is due to our error.
